CD & DVD screen printing

We use this printing method for solid colours and spot colours.
If the artwork consists of just a few colours then screen printing is the route to take.

We use Dubuit Screen Printers with a capacity of 9,000 per .
We print onto 12cm CD-R/DVD-R, 8 cm and business cards.

CD & DVD litho print

If artwork is full colour (CMYK) we generally use litho print machines.

The artwork is split into the component colours (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) In most cases we use a white base depending on the customers requirement. To finish the surface we can apply a gloss varnish or leave as a matt finish

Film creation - Before proceeding we would print we need your artwork. Please refer to artwork spec for full information.

We use Thermal Re-Transfer Everest machines that gives a very high quality finish. This uses either a white or silver base. Result is similar to litho. For full colour very short run such as 50 pieces.

Digital print

In addition to the print of your media we can also produce
in-house your booklets and inserts.

Printing on flash drives

We can produce full colour resin labels or spot pad printing to your required branding.
