Below is a list of how artwork should be sent and a selection of templates for artwork to be created with. electronic artwork can be prepared on either Mac or PC. We can accept most file formats: • Photoshop (up to version 7) • Illustrator (up to version 10) • Freehand (up to version 10) • InDesign (up to version 2) • Quark (up to version 4.1 on Mac) • PDF (print quality - and supplied fonts) • EPS • Tiff (LZW compression can be turned on) • Jpeg (with high quality compression) please send all fonts with the files, or embed them in the document. Outlining/flattening fonts is another option - turning the fonts into graphics and eliminating re-flowing of text or font issues. ensure that any linked files (images that are placed in Quark, Illustrator, InDesign or Freehand) are included with the finished document. linked files and all finished artwork should be saved at a minimum of 300dpi and be in CMKY - not RGB. it is helpful to send a Screen-Grab, Jpeg or PDF of the finished artwork, as seen on your own computer. If possible send a print of the finished artwork.
